We sure do! You'll need part # RHK, which is our replacement hardware kit. On the RHK product page which is linked for you, type in 'C12156' into the provided field and choose 'Curt' from the drop-down menu. This will provide you with all the necessary hardware to install the Curt # C12156 Class II hitch which is a fit for the 2016 - 2021 Mazda CX-9.
