Question:

can you please provide instructions for wiring of the hard start capacitor this was shipped loose and we cant find information on this upgrade.

To install the Start Capacitor for Advent Air RV Air Conditioners Item # ACMSCKIT on your Advent Air RV Air Conditioner w/ Air Distribution Box and Start Capacitor - 15,000 Btu - White Item # ACM150C you'll:

1. Remove the ac shroud cover.
2. Screw the capacitor to the fan mount using the provided screws.
3. Route the wire underneath the fan over to the terminals and remove the cover on the terminals.
4. Connect one black wire to the HERM circuit tab (your red wire will be connected here too).
5. Connect the other black wire to the common circuit.
6. Place the cover back over the terminals.
7. Place the ac shroud cover back on.

Does it matter which blk wire goes where?

@TimI would use the wire that has a female spade terminal with an extra male spade terminal coming off it to the common circuit and the other black wire with the single female spade terminal to the HERM circuit.
