I want to create an Yakima swing exo system that encludes and enclosed carrier. What are my options?

The Rola Swinging Enclosed Cargo Carrier # Y62VR has the enclosed carrier on top and a mesh basket on bottom. The # Y74ZR has enclosed carriers on top and bottom. The # Y94ZR has the enclosed carrier on bottom and a Ski and Snowboard carrier on top.
You could also "Build your own" by beginning with the the Yakima Exo System Swing Away Hitch Extender - 2" Hitches # Y82VR and then pick from the many EXO options for top and or bottom:
Enclosed Cargo Carrier # Y44VR
Cargo Carrier # Y37VR
DoubleUp 2 Bike Rack # Y24VR
SnowBank Ski and Snowboard Carrier # Y57VR
