Why Can't Yakima BackSwing Bike Rack Swing Away Adapter be Used at Rear of Motorhome

Why is it that this product is not allowed to be used on a motorhome?

At the rear of a motorhome is much rougher than at the rear of a vehicle. This is due to the much larger distance between the rear axle of the vehicle and the rear of the vehicle that exaggerates the bumps similar to how the seats at the back of a school bus are much rougher than the front seats.
