Question:

my shocks have been put to aftermarket placement they are on a bracket on the axle near the leaf springs, will this still work?

The AirLift # AL57575 is designed for a stock suspension setup, and without knowing exactly how your specific suspension is set up, I couldn't say with certainty whether the # AL57575 would fit. What I can do however, is link you to the installation instructions which show full-color photos of exactly how the # AL57575 Load Lifter air helper springs will sit on the vehicle once installed. You should be able to compare the photos to your existing suspension, and determine if everything will be compatible.
