The Ubolts for Curt Roof Mounted Cargo Basket # C18115-117 measure 6-1/2" apart center on center and 6-1/4" inside to inside. While the Ubolts are larger, the brackets themselves fit crossbars up to 3" wide and up to 1-5/8" tall; I attached a demonstration video for you.
