The Buyers Products 50 Ton Air Compensated Pintle Hook # 337PH50 has a bolt pattern that is 5" on center from the left to right holes. The Top to middle holes are 2-3/8" on center and the middle to bottom holes are 2-1/8" on center.
The openings for the bolt holes will fit a 3/4" bolt which is what Buyers Products recommends for mounting.

Is the mounting hardware included with this item? If not, what grade of bolts are required? I see that 3/4" is recommended.
