Troubleshooting 7-way Connector On 2004 Chevrolet Silverado Where All Pins Have Constant Power

2004 silverado truck side trailer pug all spades hot with 12v all the time with key on conduit looks and feels good to power box up front disconnected brake controller no change pulled fuses in dash and power box leads at plug lost power with corresponding leads replace fuse and hot again ideas welcome thanks

That is a pretty odd issue.
Since the fuses look good, and you do not see any obvious issues with the wiring I would check that there is no corrosion causing power to jump from the 12v power pin to the other pins, as this would be the most likely cause.
If you see corrosion on the connector it is likely also inside of the connector and would need to be replaced.
The # PK11893 you were looking at would be the correct replacement for your 2004 Chevrolet Silverado.
If there is not corrosion in the connector, you will need to trace the factory wiring back towards the front of truck and use a circuit tester to see where each wire gets its power and narrow down where the constant power is coming from.
