Master switch won’t turn on power

In order for the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR to not turn on it would have to lose the power source. I would start with the cable. If the cable is not getting power then the switch will not work. If you have a 12v outlet in the vehicle that you typically use for the braking system and it stays on when the vehicle is shut off, plug a cell phone charger into it and see if it lights up. If it doesn't then check the fuse for the outlet. If you installed an outlet like Item # RM-9332 and fuse tapped it, check the fuses for that as well.
