Question:
I have bought Blue Ox face plate for my sonic. I know I need to remove fuses to flat tow. 2-Questions ?? 1- do miles add to odometer if fuses are properly removed 2- I have a 32 ft class c and wasnt sure if there was a wiring harness that would brake the car or even if I need one . State laws I reviewed say that most states do not require a brake system for under certain weights. Most states are over 3k lbs

Miles will not be added to your odometer because your 2020 Chevy Sonic has an electronic odometer that only tracks mileage when the vehicle is running. You won't have the vehicle running so no need to worry about any mileage.
State laws and even county/city laws could affect you're ability to go without a braking system so you would need to look into the laws of every area you plan to tow through. The dry weight on a 2020 Chevy Sonic is around 2921lbs so if you put anything into it you would end up being over the weight limit. For an example gas weighs 7lbs a gallon and if you had a 12 gallon tank you would be at 3005lbs.
It's highly recommended to use a braking system to control the brakes on your vehicle while flat towing for your safety and everyone else on the road. If you don't mind taking a few minutes setting up a system every time you plan on towing then I recommend the Brake Buddy Select 3 Portable Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # HM39524. If you want a one time setup and be ready to go each time you want to flat tow I recommend the Brake Buddy Stealth Supplemental Braking System - Proportional Item # HM39530. Both of these systems come with a battery charger to keep the Sonic's battery charged while towing.
