Why Shouldn't Timbren Axle Less System be Used on Triple Axle Setup
Question:
I need a low profile trailer for my boat moving business, must be a triple 7k axle for the boats that weigh 15-17k , Im using triple flexiride 7k torsion axles now, but they suffer from a ride quality issue that I hope the Timbren setup will help. Im sourcing for a new trailer build now and weighing the options for suspension systems. I truly would be interested in an air ride system for adjustable ride height if you have any systems in that category as well, thanks,

The problem with using the Timbren axle less with a triple axle setup is the lack of equalizers which distribute the weight of the trailer over uneven terrain like bumps evenly between the axles. With a triple axle Timbren Axle Less setup the full weight of the trailer would be on an individual axle at any given moment which would exceed the axle's individual capacity.
