I have a solution for you, but the EcoHitch # 306-X7387 is not a confirmed fit on the 2019 Mini Countryman John Cooper Works Edition. However, the Curt # C11522 is a confirmed fit on the John Cooper Works edition of the Countryman and will also give you a 1-1/4" hitch on your Mini Countryman.
