Question:
The light comes on any time but the jack will not work at all. No noise motor is not running. I have checked when hooked up to my truck and to shore Power nothing bit the light.

If the motor is not running at all when trying to retract or extend, there can be a few things that are going on.
First, there is generally a fuse inline with the power wire. This may be going bad, which is allowing the light to work, but not the actual jack. If this is the case, you will need to replace the fuse. If this doesn't do it, you will need to check your ground connections.
This will need to be done on all the ground connections, including the vehicle. A bad ground can do all sorts of odd things and may be the cause.
If all your grounds are good and replacing the fuse doesn't get it up an running, odds are it will need to be replaced. The etrailer.com Electric A-Frame Jack # EJ-3520-BBX may be a good replacement option. This has a 3,500 pound capacity and 25 1/8 inches of lift.
