Hello, I am wanting to mount a DL17042 hand winch on a vertical post. What brackets do you recommend? Thanks

As the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch # DL17042 is typically mounted to a horizontal post or beam on a trailer, we will not have a bracket to mount it vertically. That being said, you may be able to adapt the Dutton-Lainson Mounting bracket # DL24059 to work for your needs, but it will require some doing. If you have the option, it will most likely be easier to drill into the vertical post to get the # DL17042 mounted securely.
