I have the RETRAX Pro XR for my 2020 Tacoma 5 ft bed Off Road 4x4. I have been using the Yakima Overhaul HD Adjustable rack system. Do I need the Y01155? Thanks in advance.

Yes, you are correct. In order to use the Yakima Overhaul HD # Y01151 on your 2020 Toyota Tacoma with a RetraxPRO XR Hard Tonneau Cover # RTT-80851 you will need the Tonneau Cover Adapter Kit for Yakima OverHaul HD and OutPost HD Truck Bed Ladder Racks # Y01155. This will allow the legs on the Overhaul to mount to the Retrax rails properly.
