The Chevy Silverado had a re-design during the 2019 model year, so Blue Ox base plates from a '14 Silverado 1500 won't fit a 2021 Silverado 1500. We do have the parts needed for a Blue Ox flat towing set up for a 2021 Chevy Silverado 1500, which I'll list for you.

I verified for you that these Blue Ox base plates are the correct fit for a 2021 Silverado 1500, and are a really nice choice as they have removable tabs to help keep your truck's clean look when you aren't flat towing. I added the Alpha 2 though you did mention you have a Blue Ox set up, just in case you were wanting an upgrade.

The Flexo-Coil wiring kit is designed to prevent any type of electrical feedback to keep your Chevy's electrical system safe, and both the Stay-IN-Play DUO and Air Force One are strongly recommended because they are one-time installs which will never require any type of removal or reactivation, and give you braking proportional to that of your motorhome. This results in much smoother braking than most systems which send out a pre-set amount of braking power and thus are more rigid.

The only other thing I recommend is a rock shield to help keep the front of your truck free from any damage from flying debris as it is being flat towed, the Blue Ox KarGard Towed Vehicle Protector # BX8870.
