Thanks so much for the info Jameson. Got rid of the wrong base plate and now looking for the correct base plate for my 2014 Jeep Wrangler JK 4 door. A friend who bought his entire set up from E trailer has recommended the Blue ox base plate with adapters to fit the RM-522 tow bar I have. Let me know what you think and please recommend the best fit for me please. The jeep has the stock bumper with a winch mounted on top, per the enclosed photo. Thanks again for your help

The Roadmaster base plate kit part # RM-521440-4 fits the following:

2011 - 2013 Dodge Durango All Wheel Drive - with Adaptive Cruise Control
2011 - 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee excluding SRT-8
2018 - 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee excluding SRT-8 and Trackhawk

Since you have a Roadmaster tow bar part # RM-522 I'd recommend using a Roadmaster base plate kit part # RM-521448-5 which will fit directly without requiring an adapter that you'd have to buy separately. The Direct Connect base plates are just as easy if not easier than the Blue Ox.
