In order to determine if the Curt Specialty Trailer Hitch # E-3S that you referenced would fit your 2004 Ford F150 with out modification you will need to check out the picture that I attached that shows the bolt pattern of the hitch and see if your bumper has mounting holes that are compatible with them.
