I reached out to my contact at Castle Rock and the Castle Rock ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C # LHCK201 you have should be 50 degrees warmer than the air temperature after being on the highway for 30 minutes. For example if the air temperature is 70 degrees the tire should be 120 degrees.
Tire experts generally consider 195 degrees as the maximum tire temperature, as past that the temperature will start impacting tire life. Past 250 degrees will the tire will start losing strength, and will wear even quicker.
I included a video of the # LHCK201 for you to take a look at.
