Question:
Would this brake kit fit a 8000lbs Al-KO axle?

Helpful Expert Reply:
The Dexter E-Coat Disc Brake Kit # K71-635-93 is designed to fit an axle that uses an inner bearing # 25580 (1.75" inner diameter), and an outer bearing # 02475 (1.25" inner diameter). From what I could find out about the AL-KO 8k axles, these should match what you have. I wasn't able to find the bolt pattern for brakes that AL-KO typically comes with, however, so this will need to be verified.
I had the caliper bracket measured and the following measurements will correspond to the picture below.
Red - 3 7/16 inches
Green - 3 7/16 inches
Blue - 3 5/8 inches
Pink - 5 inches
If these match what you have, you will be good to go. If they do not, we do have a replacement flange # 4-50, but this is a weld on part and is for a 3 1/2 diameter axle. If this doesn't work for you, let me know what measurements you get and I can see what we can find for you.
