I have a 2021 Coachmen 192RBS, it currently has Dexter 13-104 equalizers , will this fit ? Thanks

Since your Dexter 13-104 equalizer is 5-3/4" long center to center of the two horizontal mounting holes, the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers - Double Eye Springs - Tandem Axle - 3K to 6K # LC279687 will work just fine as a replacement as it measures 5-1/2" as shown in the included diagram.

1/4" difference will not affect anything, and since it looks like you already have heavy duty shackles on your 2021 Coachmen Freedom Express Ultralite 192 RBS you won't need any other components.
