What do you recommend for a 2018 Ram 3500 DRW max tow? I believe it has a 3 receiver on it

Based on all of the information I was able to find on your 2018 Ram 3500 DRW with the max tow package your truck should have a 2-1/2" trailer hitch receiver.

For a 2-1/2" receiver you will need the Curt Hitch Extension and Reducer for 2-1/2" Trailer Hitches - 24" to 34" Long # C45048 which can be used as a 34" extension of cut down to a 24" extension. This extender has a 450lb tongue weight and 4500lb trailer weight rating or 600lb tongue weight and 6000 trailer weight rating when using a weight distribution hitch at the 34" length.

At the 24" length it has a 600lb tongue weight and 6000lb trailer weight rating or a 800lb tongue weight and 8000lb trailer weight rating when using a weight distribution hitch.
