Question:
I would like to tow a 2007 Saturn Vue. I was told that I would need two anodes for the female 7 way female socket. Do you have these anodes in stock or know where I can get them

What I think you are asking about is the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 4-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit, # RM-15247. This diode kit allows you to use your Saturn Vue's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV. This will provide the needed wiring solution to flat tow your Saturn that the Vue's taillights work in tandem with those of the RV.
The other items needed to flat tow your 2007 Saturn Vue are, a tow bar, base plates, safety cables and a supplemental braking system. In some cases, a high-low adapter might also be necessary.
There are 3 Roadmaster base plates available depending on the specific model you have. If you have a Hybrid or 4 cylinder model, the # 3139-1. For 6 cylinder models, excluding the Red Line trim package, # 3121-1 and # 3150-1 for the 6 cylinder Red Line.
One of the most popular tow-bars, and for very good reason, is the Roadmaster Falcon 2 tow bar, # RM-520. This is a 6000 lb. capacity unit and features self locking and centering arms that make it easy to connect the tow bar to the vehicle, even when the vehicle is not perfectly aligned to the RV.
For safety cables, use the # RM-643 coiled cables.
You will need a supplemental braking system, this is required by law. There are two categories available one is a permanently mounted solution the other is a portable type unit. A permanently mounted system, which is what I suggest, doesn't need to be set up each time. The Stay-IN-Play DUO, # SM99251, only needs to be turned on and off using a switch to go from towing to driving.
When installed, the tow bar needs to be within three inches of level, plus or minus. If it's not, we offer high/low adapters that will get your tow bar closer to level. I've also linked you to some other FAQ articles about flat towing, see those links below and please note that most each item linked in this page has product review and installation videos on the product page.
