I have a solution for you, but the Pace Edwards Switchblade Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # PE63CV is not compatible with toolboxes that sit above the height of the truck bed rails. I do not recommend cutting the cover shorter to fit your toolbox.

If your toolbox is between 19" and 21" wide and sits over the bed rails, then the Access Toolbox Edition Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # A62419 would work for you. This is made to fit behind the toolbox and seal up the bed to prevent water, snow, and dirt from entering the bed behind or in front of the toolbox. This soft tonneau cover is a fit for the 2021 GMC Sierra 3500 6-3/4' bed that you selected.
