Yes, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41913 will replace the factory hitch that comes on your 2019 Ram 1500. It will require you to modify the heat shield for the exhaust by flattening the mounting tabs with a hammer. This Class V hitch is capable of a maximum 1,700 lbs tongue weight and 15,000lbs towing or 17,000lbs towing when using a weight distribution hitch. Be sure to contact Ram with your VIN number to determine what your limits are for the truck and use the lower of those ratings.
