Ball mount, pin and clip sold separately.Second time I ordered something and had missing parts or wrong parts. This time I was sent two bumper brackets for the passenger side instead of one for each side.
Hitch fit 2020 RAM perfect! I work my truck so the bumper was already beat up. It took about three hours start to finish. I have seen some people knock the installation because of weight. I tied one side up to frame, hinged the hitch over to other side to start the factory bolt. Once those two ( original factory bolts) are in, it becomes really quite simple. I would cation everyone who owns a RAM that works the truck to check the factory set up. The original hitch was 600 tongue weight with 6000 capacity. Way to light for just about anything on a farm. This class V is a beast!
Other than the packing being destroyed everything was palaver as promised and shipped as promised. Good job because it’s hard to get this anymore.

Slightly difficult to install by myself but it was worth the trouble. I use it to tow my 7100lb camper and have had no issues. I also like the second hole for a J pin to cut down on the sway.
Hitch was not a match for my 2020 Ram 1500. Actually Hitch was fine but had to alter bumper brackets and drill holes to make it work. Bumper brackets were 2 too low, I watched your video and installed step by step.

Thank you for letting us know. Sometimes a hitch can become flexed or bent in the shipping process. I have attached a link that shows different tips and tricks on how to bend it back for future reference.

Hitch arrived early. Missing on of the brackets and the other one was bent. Hey,stuff happens in shipping. Nicole and Breet took care of it right away. new brackets arrived two days later. I have been a customer for a long time and will continue to be one. Staff is so friendly and they really care. Their how to videos are a life saver. Oh and the draw tite hitch is good too.
Great video on how to attach hitch. Hitch fit perfect. The only problem we had was the bumper brackets didn’t line up on our 2020 truck. Had to drill new holes in plate.

Swapped out the factory class III for this one. Took me about two hours doing it by myself. Installation was straightforward, no issues. I have a 28ft TT and already towed it about 600 miles with zero problems.This hitch works great with my WD setup. Love the hitch and love etrailer!
Just bought the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch for our rescue organization's truck. Have not had a chance to get it installed yet. However, the service from etrailer.com was amazing. The hitch arrived in just a couple short days. We're very excited and will be ready to help animals in any and all dangerous situations, i.e., the California wildfires.
2019 dodge ram 1500. Fits perfectly and much stronger than factory unit. You will have to remove bumper and old hitch for install. Took about 1 1/2 hours to complete. This thing is heavy duty!! The Box arrived banged up from UPS but no damage to this monster. Excellent hardware is provided as well.
Put this on a 2021 Dodge Ram. It came pretty reasonable time. Everything was in the box surprisingly, box was trashed. It fit real good...looks good. Was a little rough lining it up, but got it. My only problem I got with it now that its done is when I open the tailgate it just brushes the plastic on the bumper..so more than likely I'll have to shave the plastic down... I would still buy again froom etrailer.
Great quality wasn't an exact fit but with minor adjustments to bumper bracket worked out just fine
Everything bolted up nice. All the hardware was in the bag. The only issue I had was the heat shields. Didn't like the idea of pinching the shield between the frame and hitch so a little fab work and went well.
Satisfied with product but very disappointed with the packaging and shipping which is why I deducted a star. As others have mentioned, my box came totally beat up with large holes in it. The bumper brackets were missing and I had to wait an extra week for those to be delivered. I was told the brackets would be shipped express, but they were not… There are chips in the paint all over from the poor packaging . It really should be carefully packaged but it literally came loose in a big box with no wrapping other than on the receiver area… A little extra work packaging this could have avoided a week delay, damage to the paint, and extra shipping costs. Those bumper brackets should be wrapped up and zip tied to the hitch so they don’t disappear during shipping. It took me about 3 hours to install and it is very heavy duty so either a floor jack or extra hand will be needed to get it mounted. I have the new style 2019 Ram 1500 bighorn with v6 and it fits. Overall this thing is a beast but the shipping and packaging were really disappointing.
I think it’s a great product. A bit of a pain to get the bumper lined up just right, but not impossible. My instructions had 8 pages in Spanish and 2 in English. So they pretty much sucked. Luckily the website had a video explaining installation.
As always ETrailer has come through. Same consistent fast service, super great customer service. this the 6 purchase from etrailer and I will make more as needed. I would highly recommend etrailer to anyone wanting to buy a hitch assembly or needing rebuild or replacement parts.
Pleased with how fitted installation went, however, one of two brackets for bumpers were bent in shipment. Measures could be took to prevent damages. Blessed to have a press with in means of use to straighten out. Packaging consisted of plastic wrap only. Thankful fasteners were still intact. Received two nuts that were the wrong size. Thankfully had some nuts (metric) in tools box that were the correct thread.
Perfect fit for 21 Ram. Very heavy duty.

Great hitch, easy to install. Way more than my half ton needs but the next one down was too small for my dump trailer.

I was out of town when I received this item but my wife was at home. The UPS driver according to what my wife told me, just layed in front of our back door on the carport. After examining the box, it had big holes in it, a cup lid taped to the top,I have no idea if any hardware is missing, no instructions, nothing, I was and am really disappointed that a company would send a package to a customer looking the way mine did, I know it's just a box, but still, I would embarrassed if I sent a customer a package that looked damaged from my warehouse, REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH ETRAILER, I'm going to have to think long and hard before ordering again from them. And this is what a $XXX package looks like from etrailer.

Hitch is very nice but boxs been beat to hell and retaped.it did not come with any hardware like pic shows other then 2 bolts thats in one of the brackets allready allmost feel like someone tryed to install before but will work good after I track down some hardware for it

Whoah, I am sorry it arrived missing hardware. I am glad you were able to find hardware to use however I wanted to caution you that it will need to be grade 8 hardware. I will have our Customer Service team reach out to you. We can have new hardware sent out to you.
The installation went better than anticipated. The only snag was, it was missing some hardware. Kit was missing 2 nuts for the license plate bolts, and 1 vertical hitch mount nut.
