Do I Need to Change the Handle On My Leer 700 Truck Cap to Use a Pop & Lock PAL9772

Question:
I just got the pop and lock kit without the handle. Do I need to get the tear handle for this to work? It doesnt seem to fit the regular t handle that came on the cover. Thank you!

According to Pop & Lock, the # PAL9772 should work on a Leer 700 truck topper with the existing handle. If for some reason the handle isn't working, you can swap out to a new handle that will work with your Pop & Lock system using the Replacement Handle for Pop & Lock Tonneau and Truck Cap Power Lock - 1-1/8" Hole # PAL9585.
