I have a solution for you, but the Curt # C13900 is not a confirmed fit on the 2010 Hyundai Tucson. Instead you can use the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13120, which is a similar Class III hitch only custom fit to install without any drilling required on your 2010 Tucson.
