I didn't receive your photos, but the manner in which you attach the e-track to your trailer deck will completely depend on what the deck is constructed of and where exactly on the deck you'll be placing the e-track. Without knowing any details about that, I can't provide any specifics but I can certainly provide some general advice.
If the decking of the trailer is thicker than 1 inch, I'd use 1/4 x 1 inch lag screws in every 4th hole or so, but I'd highly recommend situating the e-track so that each section of track is also through-bolted to at least 2 cross-members or some other metal structure under the trailer deck.
If the decking of the trailer is thinner than 1 inch, I'd through-bolt the track every foot or so using backer plates like # e66RR, being sure to tie into the trailer cross-members where possible.
