Will this break controller work With my 2020 highlander xle? Also do you have the dash button for my vehicle? If so please provide part number. Also if you could suggest placement for this controller?

The Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR is confirmed to fit your 2020 Toyota Highlander XLE.
You will need to add a 7-way connector, but you will first need a 4-way connector. If you do not already have a factory 4-way connector you can install one using # TK99FR.
With a 4-way connector installed you can then install the # ETBC7 which will plug into your 4-way connector and just require a few more connections as shown in the included installation video.
To mount the knob of the # RED44FR I recommend using the # 331-TPSI-007 which will fit in one of the existing blank switch holes in the dash of you Highlander.
