How is Curt Ball Mount part # D-28 Used in Rise Position

Question:
if the hitch specifes 6inch drop and 4inch rise, do I just turn the hitch over to get the rise capability?

Yes to use the Curt ball mount part # D-28 and utilize it's 4 inch rise you'd just need to flip the ball mount upside down.
You'd have to flip the install of the ball onto the other side of the ball mount platform as well.
