Question:
Hi, I am considering installing this Trailer hitch receiver on my Honda Fit 2016, but I want to know if it would be capable to tow a 4x6 carry on utility trailer? If not, is there another option I should consider?

The Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24920 you were looking at for your 2016 Honda Fit would be fine for towing your 4' x 6' utility trailer as long as it does not exceed the 200lb tongue weight rating and 2000lb trailer weight rating of the trailer hitch receiver, or the towing capacity of your vehicle.
All of the trailer hitch receivers made for your vehicle have the same 2000lb trailer weight rating, so I do recommend going with the # 24920 due to Draw-Tite hitches being one of the best on the market.
To complete your towing setup you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # 118767, drawbar # 3593, and 1-7/8" hitch ball # 19256 or 2" hitch ball # 19258 to match the coupler on your trailer.
I included a few video reviews for you to take a look at.
