Question:

Hello Michael, thanks for your answer. We will start a long journey in March, 2022 and drive thru Canada and USA. So are there any models for a side entrance such as our camper cabin? Or do your models only fit to an entrance in the back? And how is the weight of such a stair, please? If we find out that such a stair would fit to our camper, we might oder it within Canada or the USA. Thank you!

That sounds like a great adventure, hopefully we can help meet your needs. Please take a look at the SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps, # LC791575. This is for entry height of 35" to 44" and the doorway needs to be at least 29". I have attached a couple of product review and installation videos for you. This is a very good product, a very solid RV step with a lot of positive feed back from customers. My concern for your camper is if there is room in the entryway for the stairs to fold in to. But please review the videos, the attached specs and information to see if this will work for you. I hope it does, this is the best product we have for your application if fitment works. The shipping weight is 68 lbs. so component weight is just a few pounds less once you consider packaging materials. Happy Camping.
