We do offer a 4 on 4 hub and a compatible spindle, but they're sold separately and not as a kit.
The # AKIHUB-440-2-G-EZ-2K 2000 lb capacity idler hub you'd looked at would be compatible with a BTR E-Z Lube spindle, part # TRU44FR. The hub includes the bearings, races, grease seal, E-Z Lube compatible dust cap and lug nuts. The # TRU44FR spindle includes the castle nut, tang washer and the D-washer.
