Question:
Hi, We bought a homemade tandem axle trailer some years ago and we are needing to at least replace the equalizers and one hanger. We are having a challenge matching parts. Trailer specs: Trailer bed 18x7 ft with a tongue extending 4 ft. The springs measure 25 1/2 single leaf double eye. Axles are mobile home axles rated we believe for 3500 each center of axles are at 109inch and 142inch from trailer bed front. Axle to axle measured center to center is 32 Center front spring hole to center back spring hole is 57 Hangers measured from top to center of hole are front/ rear 1 1/2inch mounted at 97foot and 154inch at center center hanger 3 1/2inch mounted at 126 Equalizer measurements were difficult so are approximate. Height Center top hole to center of bottom hole 3 1/2 Length center hole to center hole is 6 1/4 Links are 4 1/4inch long. Any help and suggestions are greatly appreciated. We realize we may need to rebuildinch the hanger placements and change size of equalizer. We just need to know the particulars.

Unless your hangers are in bad shape and needing to be replaced, you will be fine just replacing the equalizers.
Since your current equalizers are 6-1/4" on center of the lower two holes the Curved Equalizer for 1-3/4" Wide Double-Eye Springs - 6-1/8" Long - 9/16" Center Hole # TREQ356 will work as a replacement. The # TREQ356 is 6-1/8" long measured from center to center of the two lower holes, and 2-1/2" tall from the center of the upper hole to the center of the lower hole as shown in the included diagram.
While this equalizer is slightly different in dimension, it will still work perfectly as a replacement.
Now if the reason you mentioned replacing at least one hanger is due to wanting to make sure everything is correct, you could go ahead and replace the complete hanger/spring/equalizer setup.
For hangers you would need Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double Eye Springs - 3-1/4" Tall Front/Center/Rear # APT5 which includes all new hangers, equalizers, shackles, and hardware and will give you 33-1/2" axle spacing.
If your current leaf springs are in good shape, you can reuse them with this kit, or if you would like to replace them you will need # e54SR.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
