Question:

Should a boat trailer winch strap pay out and pull in by coming over the top or from underneath the roll? Also, does the Fulton F142424 come with a strap bolt? Thank you!

Winch straps normally feed out on the top side of the winch drum but we've seen them go either way so I would not say it's always that way. The part # FWS20HD0200 does not come with a bolt so you'd have to supply that or an easier option would be to go with a strap that has a bolt that comes with it like part # IMF05848.
