Question:
Hi just purchased the Reese Sidewinder, I have a 2018 crew cab or very short bed GMC Sierra. Lost about a foot going from an extended cab to crew cab so I got very concerned about turning radius. The sidewinder looked like the right idea, so I bought it. I have a 2012 Curt Q16 hitch, the universal wedge or what came with the sidewinder has way too much play/movement. Do you have a wedge that will stop the hitch movement, cant have 2 pivot points? I see the A16 wedge will that work?

You unfortunately will need a new hitch, as the current versions of the Curt Q and A series hitches are not compatible with sidewinders, like the one you have from Reese. Instead, you'll want to use something like Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C16115 along with Wedge # C16991.
