They're working fine on this end, I'll send you a .pdf copy via email but I'll also link to an install video showing the harness being installed on a 2021 RAV4. You'll likely find this more helpful than the printed instructions anyway.

In a nutshell, to install the harness you'll need to access the harnesses feeding the taillight assemblies. You'll remove the threshold, storage area covers and floor in the cargo area, then loosen and pull back the interior trim panels on either side. Once you have the taillight wiring harness exposed, you'll unplug its connection with the taillight assembly and plug the # C56434 at that connection.
