Hi, Replacing 1980s tub on our boat with a shower. What are features of this product that make it twice the price of the Recpro brand?

The material that the Better Bath RV Shower Pan, # LC210373, is constructed from. This is made in USA of a durable, scratch-resistant, ABS acrylic and while acrylic is a type of plastic, not all plastic is acrylic. Our customers have given this product a rating of 4.8 with follow up reviews a year or more later stating they are still satisfied, looks as good as when first installed.
