Which is better with the Vortex rack? The up or down mount? On a Jeep Wrangler. Thanks so much.

When picking between the up # RR32123 or down mount # RR32127 for a Sunseeker awning like the part # RR32132 it comes down to a few factors. The up will put the awning up higher and wouldn't hit the vehicle roof so if had a flush bar roof rack where the bar didn't go through the foot of the roof rack and the vehicle sat lower this would be a great option to clear the vehicle and also have additional height.
If instead the roof rack had a through-bar type rack, sat pretty high, and also had plenty of roof rack clearance the down bracket would be your best option.
