The Curt # C16424-104 that you referenced is not a fit for a 2021. You will need the Curt # C16424 bracket kit and the Curt # C16204 Universal Base Rails. These 43" Rails are compatible with Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley, and Husky. Their low profile takes very little room in your truck bed.
