Can you help me to identify what set of mirror extensions would work the best. Are you working on a custom fitment? thank you.

We have custom fit for some vehicles, not all. But we also have a wide assortment of universal fit to choose from as well. Presently we do not have custom fit tow mirrors that are a confirmed fit for the 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe. The K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors, # KS80920, are a confirmed fit for the 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe but I am not certain if GM made any change to the mirror construction. Please view the attached product installation video to see this item on a 2020 model.
I suggest you consider the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors, # KS69ZR they are our most popular universal fit mirrors.
