Will Curt Echo Wireless Trailer C51180 Work In 2013 Audi Q7 W/ Factory 7-way Connector

Question:
I have a 2013 Audi Q7 with a factor 7-way plug. Will the Echo wireless plug be the accessory I need to make my trailer brakes function? Currently when I plug my trailer into it only the lights will work. Thanks
