Hello, Im looking into a brake controller for my Tacoma. Ill be towing an R-Pod which is about 3500 lbs dry weight. Is the Redarc Liberty a good choice? Also, can you tell me the difference between the Redarc Liberty and the Redarc Pro elite? Thank you so much!

The differences between the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR and the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR are very few.
The Liberty is designed to work on trailers with up to 2 braking axles and will only work on 12 volt braking applications. I recommend using the Tow-Pro Liberty on your 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD.
The Elite will work on trailers with up to 3 braking axles and can work on 12 volt or 24 volt vehicle applications.
Beyond those differences they are virtually identical proportional brake controllers that offer a very small footprint and can be mounted virtually anywhere.
For either brake controller you will need the Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness # RED99FR to wire to your Tacoma.
