The Dexter # T3584F-EZ-8974 3500 lb axle you'd looked at has a hub face to hub face dimension of 89 inches and spring center spacing of 74 inches, center to center. You'll want the hub face dimension to match
your existing axle, but the spring centers can be added where needed using part # TRSS238.
In addition to a higher-rated axle, you'll also want to upgrade your trailer's leaf springs to match the higher rating of the axle, as you'll be limited by the capacity of the lowest rated component. I'd also highly recommend consulting with the manufacturer of the trailer to ensure that the jack, coupler and the frame of the trailer can handle the weight of an additional PWC.
If you can reply with the center eye to center eye length of your current leaf springs (measure this while the trailer is up on jacks so the axle hangs) and the width of your trailer pole tongue, I can recommend leaf springs, a coupler and a trailer jack with the proper weight capacity for the upgraded PWC trailer.
I've linked to an installation video for the # T3584F-EZ-8974 trailer axle you'd looked at.
