Are Motors of Ultra-Fab UF17-943010 Landing Gear Waterproof

Question:

# UF17-943010 Are these landing gears ok to use where they might get wet, are they water proof, especially the electric motor? Thank you for any help!

The motors of the Ultra-Fab # UF17-943010 landing gear are encased in plastic covers to keep moisture out, so they can be exposed to weather but they're not meant to be immersed in water. They'll be fine if exposed to splashing and the typical weather exposure they'd be exposed to mounted on the front of a 5th wheel.
