Question:

My bed height is 7.5” above the frame rails at the rear axle. What are my options for this? I have a bw hide a ball in my other truck so I want something that is compatible. 8’ by 82” wide flatbed.

What you'll have to do is have a universal gooseneck plate installed to the truck frame like with the # C65500 and then have a door made for the flat bed to access the lower gooseneck ball. The gooseneck ball would be too high if it were mounted at the truck bed height that's 7.5 inches above the frame like you mentioned so that's why flat bed trucks with gooseneck balls all have them below the bed under an access flap.
