The Trailer Light Mounting Bracket for 4" Trailer Lights, Steel - Black Powder Coat # BK45BB you were looking at works with 4" round lights so I recommend the Optronics LED Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Tail, Turn - Submersible - 21 Diodes - Round - Red Lens # STL55RB.
You will also need Rubber Grommet # A45GB and Wiring Pigtail # A45PB.
I recommend using heat shrink butt connectors # DW05744-5 for a weather tight connection.
