Yes. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # C12174 is a confirmed fit on all models/trim packages of the 2020 Jeep Compass, including the Trailhawk. This is a 1-1/4" hitch receiver, but if you need a 2" receiver you can use the # C13363, which also a durable Curt hitch.
