Question:

I am trying to find out if a 2017 Kia Optima can be towed on a car tow dolly for lorg distances behind a motorhome.? I am getting a dolly with electric brakes and a brake controller, I just need to make sure this car is towable. The owners manual has almost nothing to say about it. Thank you

The 2017 Kia Optima is FWD so you'll pull the front wheels up onto the dolly, place the ignition into the ACC position, place the transaxle shift lever into neutral, and then release the parking break. The rear wheels are not connected to the transmission so you won't have to worry about it needing to be lubed. Never tow with the rear wheels on the dolly.
